1.Please keep your children with you. We are not responsible for any losses, stolen credit cards, personal items or injuries.
2.If you are using skin mediations, sensitive skin, medical problems, allergies or have special need, please let us know prior your services. We will not be responsible for any injuries to your skin caused by the applications of medications.
3.Skyland Nail Bar is a “service” industry, therefore, there are no refunds for any services. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. However, your satisfaction is our priority, you are not satisfied for any reason, we will re-perform the service within three days.
4.Please do not add tip to your payment. The minimum charge is $10.
5.All prices are subject to change without notice.
6.We reserve the right to move onto the next customer if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment. You are welcome to wait for the next available technician when you come in.
7.If any changes are requested by the customer upon completion of services, the customer will be responsible for any extra charges incurred.
8.To ensure the most calming, relaxing, and peaceful experience for all customers, please do not use the speaker mode on your mobile devices.
9.We will do our best performance to satisfy every customer to the best of our ability. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO ANYONE displaying hostility or agitating our customers, staffs, and guests.
